MATH 4.0 REQUIRES A RE-BOOT OF SCIENCE
Scientists from both the theoretical and experimental sides of science have, apparently,
overlooked the importance of numerical systems in science’s development. The same
situation has been true of mathematics, as both math and science have, until recently,
been built on the same foundation created over 500 years ago. That foundation is in the
process of being rebooted, with the development of a major upgrade to iotas (previously
called computers) built on the new numeric system of Ms. Grey Husong.
Yesterday, May Day 2036, was the inauguration of a project to develop iotas built on this
new numeric system. The project is expected to take five years of concentrated work by
several collaborative organizations – commercial, social, and governmental – to
reconstruct iotas to operate on the new system.
